dd414a815c Add vs_lsmash chunk method for mkv/mp4/m2ts 
also suppress stderr of ffmpeg_gen_pipe. lsmash wont work with it being redirected to stdout and it isn't being used anyway.

ce03d7a6e2 Vapoursynth Support - Part 1 
Supports:
  * Pyscenedetect chunking
  * aom_keyframes chunking
  * Automatic detection of input as Vapoursynth script.
  * Cleaned up fast frame counting into unified method "frame_probe_fast"

Areas for improvement:
  * Windows support
  * vspipe arg passing

Fixes #173
